If you have connected a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Pinterest account to Glimerz’s publishing integration (“the App”), you can request that we delete the data associated with that connection at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will delete:
- The stored access token(s) that allow the App to publish to your connected account(s)
- Any account identifiers (such as Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, or Pinterest Board ID) associated with your connection
- Any draft or queued content specifically tied to your connected account(s) that has not yet been published
We do not store your account password, personal messages, or any content unrelated to the publishing connection itself — see our Privacy Policy for full details on what data is collected and why.
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways:
1. Directly through the platform. Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest each let you revoke a connected app’s access from your own account settings:
- Facebook/Instagram: Go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations (or Meta Business Suite → Settings → Apps), find “Glimerz Automation,” and remove it.
- Pinterest: Go to Pinterest → Settings → Apps, find “Glimerz Automation,” and remove access.
Revoking access through the platform automatically invalidates the stored token on our end.
2. By contacting us directly. Email help.glimerz@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including which account(s) you’d like disconnected. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the email address you contacted us from, or to the contact email associated with your connected account if you revoked access directly through the platform.
